i loved that the staff gave excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged transport to champagne houses! the hotel was stylish and very clean. the building is beautiful and located in a very quiet area. breakfast was delicious, i had a good choice of buffet items.

The hotel needs some updating. The decor felt a bit tired and dated.

i noticed the breakfast room is spacious and offers a large choice of food, so every guest can find something they enjoy. the buffet includes a wide array of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot items, it caters to various dietary preferences. also, the presentation is visually appealing and the area is clean.

there is a secure car park, but access is tight for large suvs. i saw a swimming pool, however, it makes a lot of noise due to the air conditioning. this could be an issue sensitive to noise, so you need to consider that!

My room was spacious with air conditioning and large bottles of water supplied each day. the towels were very good, and the water pressure was also amazing. the bathroom included a large bathtub and great towels. We loved the shower!

The staff is friendly and arranged everything for me, nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. the reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Check-in was very easy. the reception was very kind, the staff definitely try to help guests.

The hotel is located on a quiet street, about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the city center and cathedral. The standard double room I booked was quite spacious, and the large bed proved very comfy. I thought continental breakfast had enough options for me.

The access to the hotel is not flat and could be challenging for a person with crutches.

The room included velvet decorative pillows. The wallpaper was silk. The bedroom and the bathroom were huge, both offering ample space. A mini bar included champagne and other drinks. They were reasonably priced.

The receptionist was excellent, as I found them both friendly and efficient during check-in. Staff noticed I had not booked breakfast, and they contacted me to confirm if that was alright. I appreciated this attention. They kept my luggage in a locked storage area after checkout. I could enjoy the city freely.

the staff was very helpful with parking and dinner reservations, i appreciated that. i was given information regarding the cathedral. it was great to be able to park on the street by the hotel entrance, and staff walked me through that process! they accommodated our early departure with breakfast before 7.

the street was very quiet, though it made finding the entrance a little difficult at first.
