The hotel is very close to the airport, a great advantage when you have a transit flight planned. I found the hotel safe. The room was nice and neat. Soundproofing in the room worked well.

small room poor breakfast

The room was way too small. They claimed it was for three people, but there wasn't even space to walk. Breakfast was not good quality. I also find the customer service lacking. They didn't reply to my late arrival message until the next morning.

the staff were really good. Check-in was seamless and cute. nadia, the receptionist, was particularly helpful and consistently cheerful. her positive attitude really enhanced my experience. I appreciated the service.

The room could have been a little cleaner. I noticed some areas that needed more attention during housekeeping. this small issue did not significantly affect my overall stay. i still found the room functional for my needs.

regular shuttle efficient staff front bus stop

the shuttle to the airport runs every twenty minutes from 5 am. it costs 4 euros and it got me to cdg in five minutes. i found the staff at reception to be good and efficient. the bus stop in front of the hotel took me to aeroville mall for shopping and dinner.

the room was a bit small and walking inside was difficult.
