dim lighting extra charges

i was pretty annoyed with a couple of things. first, the bathroom lighting was so dim. it was actually difficult to do my makeup, the shower hose looked worn out. also, there wasn't a mirror in the room itself, only in that dimly lit bathroom. breakfast wasn't great either. that savory cake was super dry, inedible, and there weren't many options, like only two juice choices. plus, there were weird extra charges like bank service fees and an employee contribution fee. it bumped up the final cost quite a bit. that really frustrated me
