I was greeted with such warmth and kindness ! i arrived to find a beautiful bottle of wine as a welcome gift. It was unexpected! the room was spacious and well-kept, and i was very happy to find a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights.

the fitness center was quite small. the gym does have modern equipment, but it felt a bit cramped! it would be ideal to have a larger space to fully enjoy a workout.

I received thoughtful birthday gifts and warm wishes from the hotel upon arrival. It was such a lovely surprise. The staff were kind and attentive. My room was beautiful and spacious. I found the spa area relaxing. The jacuzzi and hammam were AMAZING!!!

The hotel lobby felt a little sterile upon entering.
