the location offered convenient access to many restaurants nearby and a well connected metro station. the power shower worked very well, i found it refreshing after a long day. the bed proved comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's quiet environment definitely helped with relaxation.

I noticed the lack of a dedicated reception area, as the staff often sat at a high table. This presented a slightly unprofessional feel.

the room was smaller than expected, and it lacked essential information about hotel services. also, the staff did not seem particularly interested or attentive upon arrival. i found the absence of readily available information quite inconvenient. these issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

the staff demonstrated great kindness i received a warm welcome and their attention to detail was wonderful check-in was quick and i found my superior queen room balcony met all my needs the little balcony offered city views

the breakfast area can get crowded during peak hours finding a table might require a short wait
