I found the staff genuinely friendly. They were always smiling and ready to help. my room was clean and decently sized, especially for what i expected. it was located very close to the metro stop. Getting around was easy!!!

the hotel is near gare du nord i was able to walk there with my luggage. my room got an upgrade to a double room which i found very helpful after a long trip. i appreciated the availability of free drinks and pastries it was a thoughtful touch. the staff allowed me to work downstairs after checkout benefiting my travel plans.

The hotel had a good location. It was walkable from Gare du Nord. A metro line was very close. The bed provided comfort. I found a supermarket across the street.

I had to carry my luggage up the steps. The room decor looked bland. I found no wardrobe in the room. There were only six hangers provided.
