convenient location, functional stay
easy access water station helpful staff clean room
the location is really good, with easy access to public transportation. the room was clean and served its purpose well. i found a water filling station in the lobby which was convenient. staff provided helpful assistance with directions.
the elevator is unusually small, barely fitting two people with luggage.

fabulous location helpful staff room kettle small lift inadequate ventilation limited space
I just returned from a stay. The location is indeed fabulous. It is near the metro, so transportation was easy. The room had a kettle and a fridge. The staff was kind and helpful.
I did have some minor issues. The lift is the smallest. My backpack and a small carry-on bag squeezed us. I find the ventilation in the breakfast area inadequate. There wasn't enough space for clothes.

helpful staff free coffee
The hotel is close to the train station. It made access from the airport very easy for me. The staff was always kind and helpful. I also liked that coffee and tea were available anytime at reception (I am very grateful for this!).
The elevator is very small. It was quite a tight fit with my luggage.
