The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants! I found the staff were very friendly. They were always available to help with any questions. They were very friendly and had smiles on their faces.

The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear other guests in the hallway.

the bathroom also looked dated and not clean (despite cleaning efforts). room service was missed one day for no apparent reason around 5pm.
