I enjoyed the included access to the spa and waterpark. The waterpark features several slides for entertainment. Breakfast had great variety, especially the pastries and fresh fruit. I found the hotel's location convenient. It was easy to walk to many points of interest.

The room felt slightly small, particularly the bathroom area. It could benefit from better space utilization.

convenient stay, minor issues

waterpark access good selection ideal location

the waterpark access was definitely a highlight! my little ones enjoyed the kids' pools, and i felt at ease watching them. breakfast offered a good selection with some variations daily. i also found the location ideal, it was right in the city center so exploring was easy.

the service in the restaurant felt a bit slow. also the front desk staff did not fully meet my expectations, they could have been more attentive and helpful.

the beds were comfortable which helped provide restful nights, a luxury when traveling with young kids. quiet surroundings also contributed to the overall relaxation after active days.

easy access breakfast selection children playroom

i appreciated the easy access to the waterpark directly from our floor it made visits with the kids simple the breakfast buffet had a wide selection ensuring everyone found something they liked the playroom was a nice bonus for the children offering more entertainment options beyond the pool.

the restaurant service was a little slow during peak hours but it did not significantly detract from our stay.

the breakfast offered a good variety. the location was convenient for accessing different parts of the area. the water park was fun for the kids and had several slides.

the room size was quite small it was difficult to manage luggage. i noticed cobwebs on the windows the cleanliness could improve. the shower threshold was broken leading to water spillage.
