The location was great. I could easily walk to the main attractions. the staff were also very helpful. They assisted me with directions.

My room was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. the breakfast area got very crowded. I sometimes had to wait for a table.

uninviting jacuzzi tub strange water color

the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

i found the room quite small and the promised jacuzzi tub was uninviting because the water had a strange color, like weak tea. this made the extra cost for the room seem pointless to me.

I had the ZEN Double or Twin Room Spa Bath. The bathtub was big and sparkling. The soaps smelled wonderful. Breakfast included delicious choices.

The hotel bar was essentially non-functional.
