I was initially impressed, but some aspects definitely fell short. the 'double bed' was just two single beds pushed together (with a noticeable gap in the middle). i also found it odd that basic amenities like conditioner and body lotion weren't standard. i had to specifically request conditioner, and even then, the body lotion never materialized. plus, the room cleaning policy is every three days. Daily service costs extra. it's a shame these details detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable experience.

wow, what a hotel!

the breakfast had so many options. the location is great, its super close to a big shopping center with a cool book store. lots of yummy restaurants are nearby, like five minutes walk i think. it's a brand new hotel, so it all felt so clean and fresh, i loved that!

The room was too WARM. I struggled to adjust the temperature. The air conditioning seemed ineffective. Breakfast service felt disorganized. Locating a clean table was a challenge, and several food items were not replenished promptly. It was a frustrating experience, especially given the hotel's rating.

The breakfast was satisfactory and offered a sufficient variety of options.

I found that there was NO conditioner in the room as a standard amenity. I had to ask for it. Even then, I did not receive body lotion, despite requesting it multiple times. The staff seemed unconcerned with my requests.
