odd layout limited privacy
the location was acceptable and provided convenient access.
the room layout felt odd. i found it difficult to move around comfortably and the bathroom felt cramped with little privacy due to a large gap in the door. using the bathroom in the lobby became necessary, inconvenient and embarrassing.

train station breakfast options helpful staff
The hotel location is very convenient, next to the train station. The breakfast options were generous, providing good value. The staff gave me a kettle after I requested one, helpful.
The bathroom had no working floor heating. It was really cold when I used it. There was also no hot water available from the faucet.

basic room limited cleaning
I was disappointed, the room was REALLY basic. It did not match what was shown in pictures online. There were NO toiletries apart from shower gel (only) and hand wash. I felt that the room cleaning was only limited to changing towels.

The staff upgraded us. My children enjoyed the view overlooking the rail station. The sound window insulation worked very well.

My room had a hairdryer. Also it had shower gel and soap. I used the free WiFi without issues. The staff were friendly and helpful. That was really nice.
The breakfast menu remained the same each day.
