mixed feelings about this stay
bathroom door missing toiletries
i faced some issues . the bathroom door could only open halfway due to a heater behind it (why not remove the door?). also, the heating wasn't automatically on. i had to request it. there were no toiletries provided either for £122 a night.

inviting staff central location comfortable bed
I found the staff inviting and hospitable. The location became a precious part of my memory because it was so central. The bed brought comfort, and I loved it very much.
A faint, nearly unnoticeable scent came from the bathroom drain at times.

The location sits right on top of shops and provides simple access to transport. It is perfect because it is close to everything, which creates very nice moments. The hotel is in a precious and perfect area.

amazing location and great staff!
modern room clean room helpful staff
i just spent a few nights here and i'm thrilled. the rooms were modern and clean. the breakfast had a great selection, i loved it. the staff was super helpful and nice.
the room was quite small. the shower was far too small too. it was difficult to move inside it.

friendly staff comfortable lounge
the rooms were big enough for two people. i found everything i needed was there. the staff were friendly, helpful, and available from the very start. the lounge area was comfortable and open 24/7.
the entrance and hallway were unwelcoming. i noticed it was a bit musty and dated.

The location was fantastic. I walked everywhere i wanted. the staff was super helpful. i also appreciated the 24/7 reception service. it, i had no issues.
the room was a tad smaller than i expected, but it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel offered a really central location, ideal for exploring the city. Staff were very helpful, even assisting with a room change to accommodate my mother's needs. I found the room clean and modern. The breakfast selection was excellent and plentiful.
My room's window did not open, potentially causing warmth in the summer.
