the secure underground parking was important for me. the staff offered us free hot drinks while we waited to check in (it was a lovely gesture). i found a microwave in the waiting area, and it was very helpful for heating up food. the location is close to the motorway for easy access.
the shower pressure wasn't particularly strong . despite this minor issue, the overall experience was positive.

The staff was very helpful. I found parking easily. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The shower was good. I loved it!
I noticed the common areas were a bit messy. I hope they finish soon, so everything is clean.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. it was easy to reach from the eurostar station. the walk took about 20 minutes. i found the location convenient.
there was a noticeable smell of wall paint in my recently renovated room. the common areas felt a bit messy because of this.
