the location is very convenient as the tram stop is right in front of the building. the bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked well. the room was clean.

there is a noticeable problem with sound isolation between rooms. i could clearly hear noises from the adjacent room.

the breakfast has many choices. the staff were friendly too. my room included water, tea, and coffee. i appreciated the tram stops near the hotel.

the hotel parking was a bit chaotic when i arrived. i think parking spots should be assigned.

The tram stop was RIGHT outside. Getting around was SO easy! The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. The staff were helpful. They answered all my questions quickly.

The room was VERY small, I felt a little cramped. The air conditioning made a strange noise ALL night. Some areas looked a little dated. Updates would be nice.

the reception team was very helpful. they allowed us to check in early at 10:30am after our 7am arrival. the washroom had great features, including a spacious layout, good shower pressure, and reliably hot water. bed and living space were fine.

The hotel was near the city center. A short walk took me there. The staff at the front desk were polite. I did like that there was a tram stop just outside.

The room I had was too small. There was little space to move. I did not like the blinds on the windows, they were hard to operate. The parking area seemed chaotic and limited.
