convenient stay near the station

handy location chocolate fountain breakfast options

location was handy because it was next to the train station. hotel had a chocolate fountain. i had a good time near great restaurants. breakfast offers many options.

my bathroom shower don't work. i wanted to use it, but the hotel did not give a refund for a new hotel. the customer service was not helpful about the shower.

convenient location comfortable bed central area

the hotel is near tram stops. this made travel simple. the room featured a bath tub and a comfortable bed. the location is central, near restaurants and shops.

the air conditioning made strange noises.

central location chocolate fountain friendly staff small room queen bed split mattress

the location is excellent. it's very near the train station and the city center is ALSO close. the fountain with swiss chocolate in the lobby is a nice touch. the staff are SUPER friendly and always helpful.

i asked for a room with twin beds BUT got something else. it was the smallest room imaginable. it was impossible for two people to open luggage at THE same time. the bed reminded me of a small queen or maybe a split mattress.

good location chocolate fountain decent selection small room small space weak air condition

the hotel is near the main station, it was a short walk. i also appreciated the chocolate fountain. the breakfast provided a decent selection of items.

my room seemed smaller than expected. there weren't much space to move around, it was restrictive. the air condition wasnt cold enough, it affected my stay.
