the hotel is a short walk to the tram station. i found the staff helpful, offering useful travel information. the room was clean and met my needs. the breakfast buffet was very good.

the absence of bathrobes or slippers for going to the pool was a minor inconvenience. i also noticed a lack of a coffee machine in the room. these small additions would improve the overall experience.

The staff were friendly. the room had excellent ac. the location was good. It was a short walk to the train station. there was also a tram stop right outside the hotel.

the cleanliness of the room could have been better. i had to call housekeeping for dusting and wiping. dust balls were under the bed. also, the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

fantastic stay near transport links

direct access safe area

i enjoyed my stay very much. the hotel is near the train station providing direct access to the airport (a short, convenient ride). the city center is also easily accessible with a short tram ride. the area around the hotel not sketchy at all.

the bathroom sink seemed to drain slowly. i also noticed the dispensers for soap and shampoo were not full when i arrived. i had to ask for refills, a slight inconvenience.

the gluten-free corner at breakfast was a nice touch (i liked the gluten free bread). there was a wide variety of options to choose from and the food was fresh. the staff was helpful and kept the area tidy.

The location offers convenient access to a tram station. This made reaching the city center easy. The breakfast provided many options (I really enjoyed the variety of cheeses). The staff was always helpful.

A practical stay

underground parking friendly staff good location missed housekeeping loose toilet seat limited wi-fi

The hotel include parking underground. It was very convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful when I ask about city navigation. The location is good for accessing the main train station.

My room was not made up when I came back at 5pm. I had to request housekeeping. The toilet seat in my room was loose, that was a concern. Wi-Fi access allowed only 3 devices per code, codes expire.
