solid stay!
train station helpful receptionist breakfast options
The hotel is close to the train station. Only a short taxi ride. the receptionist was professional and helpful during check-in, which i appreciated. my room had a good view. the breakfast had good quality cheeses, ham, bread, fruit salad and drinks.
the air conditioning wasn't working adequately. the location is near adult entertainment and nightclubs, which some may find undesirable.

the rooms are modern and well-equipped with basic amenities for a comfortable visit. the family room had a decent bathroom and a comfortable main bed. sofa beds and pillows were a bit hard though, something to be aware of.

the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to tram stops. it is easy to reach the city centre and railway stations from here. a co-op is conveniently located around the corner, offering easy food options. it is really practical.

the staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. the receptionist was very professional. i found this quite amazing. lila, who manages the hotel, is attentive and understands hospitality very well.

prompt assistance small refrigerator comfortable bed
the reception staff provided prompt assistance with my early check-in. the room included a small refrigerator. i found the bed to be comfortable.
the proximity to nearby bars resulted in noticeable street noise during the night.

the check in process was easy to complete. i like my very clean room. i enjoyed the gentleman checked me in as he was very nice and accommodating.
