the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. the staff were friendly and professional, a detail i appreciate. our double (classic) room was spacious with a nice sized bathroom. there was a bathtub and an in-built shower too.

the breakfast was basic during my week stay. there was either musli with joghurt or bread with ham and cheese. the only hot items available were boiled eggs, though they were steamed upon arrival. it would be nice to see a bit more variety.

the hotel's location was quite good as a base for exploring.

the room felt smaller than expected and lacked air conditioning , made it uncomfortable i also noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom the shower head was loose and some of the electrical outlets did not work properly this impacted the overall experience and made the stay less enjoyable i found a wet wipe left behind by previous guests too

Check-in and check-out were very smooth. I found the staff friendly and professional. Our double standard room felt quite spacious. I appreciated the nice-sized bathroomwith a bathtub and an in-built shower.

The breakfast was a bit basic . It mainly consisted of muesli, yogurt, bread, ham, cheese, and fruit.

The staff assisted promptly with luggage storage before check-in. They also provided clear directions to nearby attractions. Reception was staffed 24/7, a definite PLUS for travellers with late arrivals or early departures.
