the location proved very convenient, close to key destinations. i found the room-cleaning service especially thorough. the staff displayed genuine friendliness and were always available to assist. the hotel maintains an inviting and well kept appearance.

the air conditioning system was difficult to adjust , and the room temperature regulation was not ideal , requiring us to turn off the cooling to achieve a comfortable environment.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Early check-in was granted, and luggage storage was available after checkout. The location is very close to public transportation. I also appreciated the water cooler on the floor.

The room lacked sufficient storage space. It needed a proper closet or set of drawers.

numerous restaurants are also very close providing quick meal options. i found the lobby appealing and reception handled my needs without issue. the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient.

i noticed the air conditioning control was quite limited regulating the room temperature was challenging i had to completely switch off the cooling to manage the climate.
