Excellent stay

early check-in short walk

I arrived earlier than expected. The staff allowed an early check-in, this was very kind. The location was near all the shops and restaurants! It was also a short walk from the metro.

The absence of a magnifying mirror near the dressing area was inconvenient. Plugs near the mirror would be helpful. I did need it for hair styling.

The reception staff provided luggage storage all day, this was very helpful! They were friendly from my arrival onwards, a VERY positive experience. The staff offered assistance with directions, this was great.

The hotel offers a breakfast with a great selection. This includes fruit, croissants, eggs, cereal, and yoghurt! Crispy bacon was also included, a wonderful selection! I noticed a museum regarding cold war history.

The room featured soft towels. I found fluffy bathrobes and slippers. The room had nice balcony. The sheets was to be of high quality. The bed had comfy mattress.

I found a few areas needing attention. My room faced an interior courtyard instead of the street I expected. I felt this discrepancy was not justified (especially since the price difference was significant). The breakfast selection seemed subpar. The orange juice tasted heavily diluted, and bread options were stale on one morning. The shower pressure was inconsistent as well.

The hotel's location made exploration effortless. The staff greeted us with warm smiles. Our Easter stay included a sweet chocolate treat upon arrival. The room's cleanliness and restaurant's ambiance both impressed us!

I encountered a small inconvenience when the kettle in the room was quite small. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
