loud air conditioning water temperature fluctuation

the breakfast was acceptable.

The air conditioning in my room did not work well at all. It was very loud too. the water temperature in the shower kept changing from cold to very hot without me adjusting it. this made showering quite unpleasant and uncomfortable

loud ac unit fluctuating shower

The location were excellent with access to the old town.

The AC did needed a phone call to reception for activation, and the unit were indeed loud. I experienced fluctuation with the water temperature in the shower. The shower experience were the most negative aspect of my stay.

bad insulation unexpected experience

the breakfast was good, and the location was acceptable.

The noise insulation was very bad. i could hear my neighbors whispering, snoring, and showering. it was honestly unexpected from a hotel with this rating. It wasn't a 4-star experience!!!

friendly staff fresh food convenient location

I found the staff friendly. The daily breakfast offered a wonderful assortment of fresh foods! I appreciated the hotel's convenient location. I walked everywhere I wanted with such minimal effort!

The coffee could have been better. It was a little weak.

convenient location friendly personnel poor insulation noise issues

the location is very convenient. i walked everywhere i wanted to with minimal effort. the reception personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very poorly insulated from noise. i could literally hear my neighbours even whispering. it certainly is not a 4 star rating hotel. I honestly didn't expect that.

great location many food options small room elevator noise

the location was really great for seeing things. it was easy to walk to the main attractions. the breakfast had lots of food options, it was included with the room.

the room was a bit small for two people. we could hear noises since our room was close to the elevator, the noise bothered me.
