Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Hf Fenix Porto guests often highlight the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, some even unexpectedly receiving a room for three when only two guests. A good breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options is another frequently mentioned positive, and the hotel's location near a supermarket in a shopping center proves convenient for many. spacious room excellent location nearby food court

My room was very spacious. This added positively to my experience, especially since I stayed several days. The location is excellent. There is a large food court nearby and a shopping mall with laundry machines close too (very convenient!).

The hotel did not offer help with my bags upon arrival. I was a little upset because of a transfer issue at the airport.
