Guests often appreciate the generous size of the rooms, with some enjoying awesome harbor views. The rooftop pool and spa are definite highlights, as is the access to a second indoor pool and spa. Its central location makes it easy to stroll to Skycity and Queen St for shopping and dining, and valet parking provides convenient access. Some guests have noted that certain rooms appear dated and could benefit from refurbishment.

The location was certainly convenient. I could walk to many attractions from the hotel.
I found the room quite disappointing. The carpets was old and stained, and there was some mold in the bathroom. The furniture seemed outdated and worn.

I adored the rooftop pool, such a serene spot! The outdoor furniture was perfect. The central location made it so easy to reach nearby restaurants. I appreciated that the building's heritage was maintained. It added character. I found the room of a good size for a studio, a very nice surprise!
The valet service, though convenient, was slow. Sometimes there were delays in retrieving my car, so I waited for a long time.
