Fantastic Stay!

central location friendly staff spacious room

The location is central! It is a quick five-minute walk to many large retail stores. The staff was so communicative. The room was surprisingly spacious. It was larger than I expected!

The air conditioning seemed to be on, but the room felt a bit warm, I think a portable fan would improve things.

The room included a comfortable bed. There was also a television with sky tv, a mini refrigerator, cups, plates, and a kettle. The room size greatly exceeded my expectations. I was delighted.

Breakfast had many tasty options! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel location is right in the city center, so it's super central and convenient. I just love the amenities.

The location was excellent for walking to many city attractions. I found on-site parking convenient. The staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations. Breakfast included several hot and cold selections. My room had a microwave, useful for heating leftovers. I found the bed comfortable and the room clean.

Street noise was noticeable despite being on a higher floor.

Staff at the front desk provided quick check in service and they addressed all my queries promptly. The breakfast area was kept clean and tidy by staff and tables were cleared efficiently. I observed good communication among the different hotel departments.

underwhelming stay

street sounds alley noise

the location was decent. it put me close to a few things i needed.

the noise was awful. the windows barely blocked any street sounds and the alley noise at night made it hard to sleep. i was pretty frustrated.

helpful staff great area bleach smell extra bond

the staff was amazing and accommodated me! they cleaned my room every day. i found the hotel situated in a great area, close to major attractions.

the room smelt very strongly of bleach, it was almost unbearable and gave me a headache. i had to leave the windows open. for some reason i had to pay an additional $100 bond, given back to us at the end of our stay after the room check.
