the buffet breakfast had a satisfying range of cereals, fruits, and juices. a superb view from the dining area overlooks the rose gardens. the chocolate chip pancakes in the buffet breakfast were really good.
the whirring and people slamming doors was very noisy from 5:30am

the location suited my needs since i could easily walk to spark arena. the rose gardens across the street provided a beautiful view and a nice place for a stroll. i greatly appreciated the proximity to key attractions.
the housekeeper woke me early one morning, knocking on my door, announcing 'room service'. i had not requested a wake up call, nor had i ordered room service, so it proved an unnecessary intrusion into my rest.

the renovated bathroom had excellent shower pressure which i found very refreshing. the room upgrades looked amazing and added to the value of my stay. the bed was also comfortable.

Breakfast offered good choices. I considered the price reasonable for what was offered. the restaurant provided good variety of options, ensuring that there was something to suit everyone. dining onsite was definitely a positive aspect.

the refurbished rooms were lovely. the restaurant had a beautiful view of the rose garden and park. the food was excellent. staff was very helpful and accommodated changes.
Traffic noise was slightly noticeable. That impacted the quality of my sleep.

the restaurant did have nice food.
The check in was an hour late. the check in staff member was short and kinda rude. i could hear the team arguing with each other. Not a great start.
