Amazing Hotel, Fantastic Location!

The staff was very helpful. Early check-in at the reception after a long flight was possible. The room was clean. The beds had great comfort. The shower was perfect. The restaurant upstairs had fantastic food.
The lobby could be a bit cooler. It felt a little warm.

The fitness center has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers. A shaded section provides respite from the sun, so you can relax anytime.

The restaurant on the 13th floor provides fine harbour views. Chocolate hour from 3 PM to 4 PM includes complimentary pastries and chocolates, a great sweet treat. The Korean cuisine options offer an amazing food experience.

The location was fantastic. It was very easy to get around! the superior queen room city side was perfect for my needs. i especially appreciated the quick and easy check-in. It made settling in easy after my travels.
The gym equipment was a bit limited. I would have appreciated a wider selection!

The location is excellent. It places you right in the city's core. I particularly valued the friendly staff, always available and willing to help. I enjoyed the complimentary chocolate hour each afternoon. It was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.
I experienced issues with the room TV. Many channels was too dark to be viewed.

the beds were really comfy. the chocolate hour was a delight with tasty treats. the breakfast each morning added to a decadent stay.
The sink taps only seemed to run lukewarm or hot water. Not great for drinking.

The location is good with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful from the front desk to the restaurant staff.
The service was very poor. I asked the front desk for an HDMI cable to connect my laptop to the TV, but after an hour of waiting, no one came back (I was waiting in vain). Their response was a dismissive apology. I don't think I'd return.
