club lounge really good breakfast

i liked the club lounge access. it included happy hour with drinks and delicious canapes from 5-7pm. cooked breakfast was fantastic with flavored milk and fresh juices.

the air conditioning was broken, and the room felt hot. there were no opening windows so i could not get fresh air.

the location proved quite convenient for getting around. i found the bed to be comfortable, a welcome change from some other hotels i have stayed in.

i noticed hair in the shower drain upon entering my room. it seemed to clog the drain, an unpleasant start. the kettle in my room was not working properly, and it took two phone calls and almost an hour to get a replacement delivered.

ryan from concierge was excellent he was helpful when i needed assistance quickly the hotel facilities were clean and spacious location is superb. the breakfast buffet offered varied options and the pool was suitable for children. i discovered usb chargers by the bed which was very helpful.

the hotel's location was convenient.

I found several issues frustrating . housekeeping did not thoroughly clean the room upon my arrival. I had to request a proper cleaning. i was also informed about scheduled maintenance causing a power outage. while i requested a lunchbox be delivered to my room at 8 a.m. upon my arrival, the hotel did not follow these instructions..

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. the buffet breakfast had a good range of options. i had access to the club lounge from 5-7pm with beverages and canapés. the car park was included with my room rate. This made access easy.

the lighting in the on-site car park garage was not very bright! i think better lighting would improve safety and ease of use.

The hotel has a good location near the city center. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I found the rooms to be quiet. Breakfast was also excellent. I especially liked the variety of fresh juices available.

I found the room a bit stuffy since I could not open a window. The only way to get fresh air was through the air conditioning. I was disappointed that the saunas are separated by gender. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom, either.

new furniture excellent breakfast

the spacious room was recently equipped with new furniture. i found the breakfast to be excellent with many choices. i also appreciated that the nice pool could be used after check-out.

i experienced the parking as a complete circus. every time i returned, the boom gate would not open. it often took 15-20 minutes to sort it out with staff, despite showing proof of payment.
