comfortable bed minibar snacks convenient proximity
I appreciated the complimentary minibar snacks. A nice touch after traveling. the bed in my king room oasis was very comfortable. the hotel's proximity to the airport made my early morning departure much easier!
The gym had limited equipment. It was a bit crowded during peak hours

cinderblock walls different beds
the staff were helpful they provided info about activities
the room did not match what I booked I expected two single beds and a queen but got two queen beds the hallways had cinderblock walls this was not appealing

shuttle service reasonable price helpful staff worn hallways coffee pods dark paint
the hotel had a shuttle service to the airport. it cost $8 each way (a reasonable price). the check-in process used kiosks, but staff helped with the process.
the hallways looked a bit worn. they used dark paint, so chips showed easily. the room coffee machine only had three pods. (i thought it was strange when two adults booked).

some issues encountered
loud music delayed room
The music near the entrance and in the bar and restaurant was quite loud. i could hear stomping from the room above mine throughout the day and night. also, the room wasn't ready at 3 pm upon arrival. I had to wait, annoying. these things added up to a less than stellar experience.

mixed experience.
awkward toilet placement moving bed
the check-in process was fast.
the toilet's placement behind the door was awkward. the toilet paper holder was too close to the wall. the bed also moved when i sat against the wall.

The hotel is near the airport and part of the yellow bus airport shuttle network. The standard room has two beds, which could sleep four people (this might be useful for groups). The shower was great.
The hotel had no cold water stations anywhere, so i had to ask to fill my water bottle. The cold drinks were warm. I felt the menu available poolside was very limited and unsure.
