I appreciated the hot thermal pools. They were a great way to relax after a day of activities. The motel room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful and friendly during check-in.
I found the lack of hot chocolate sachets a bit disappointing given that only tea and coffee were available. I would have liked a wider variety of options.

Excellent Facilities for Families

The beds were very comfortable and I found extra blankets in the wardrobe. The kitchen included everything needed for cooking meals. The apartment looked very clean upon arrival and the pool was relaxing for both adults and children.
The resort pools were very busy . It was difficult to relax due to overcrowding. Paying extra for the water slides felt excessive given the number of people using the facilities.

The staff offered friendly help when I needed it. I requested an additional towel and it was delivered quickly. The team seemed well-organized and focused on guest satisfaction.

The room was not what i expected. it was dusty and quite basic. there were only two cold leather seats instead of a proper couch, so it was hard to relax in the evenings. i also had to call a taxi to get into town and back. That cost me $20 each way

the pools were great for the kids. i loved the setup of the two-bedroom family villa, and it felt spacious. there was plenty of parking available too.
our shower had issues, it often switched between hot and cold. it could be because our room was near the laundry. also, the bed sloped towards the sides, it wasn't the most comfortable.
