Excellent Stay in the Heart of the City

My room on the 13th floor offered a view of the sky tower. I enjoyed watching the jumpers. The room provided a quiet environment. The shower worked very well. The bed proved to be comfortable.

The breakfast buffet system caused problems because I was not informed that I needed to advise them there would be two people staying in a King Room, though the room defaults to two guests.

The staff acted fresh and very helpful with any question I had, providing great service. I appreciated their readiness. The staff was empathetic and addressed my concerns upon arrival at the hotel.
