Perfect Spot near Sea Port and Tourism Places!

Location proved totally perfect near the sea port plus other tourism spots! Room service workers was super neat! They kept my one-bedroom apartment super clean the entire time. The room size surpassed my expectations giving a very spacious vibe.
The outdated decor felt slightly off when I compare it with the modern amenities.

the in-room kitchen was excellent, it included everything i needed like a washing machine and powder. the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean, i found a lovely little living room too. i was impressed with the space and cooking facilities. i really appreciated the dilmah tea selection!
the hallway did have a particular smell i found somewhat unpleasant.

i found a big supermarket, woolworths, not far from the hotel. this made it easy to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, bread, and cheese, which i definitely appreciated.

the hotel is very close to many points of interest and the central bus station. i found it convenient because the bus departs for the airport every 30 minutes. the proximity to sky city was also a definite plus for my elderly mother.

the receptionist was amazing when i arrived early, he checked if my room was ready. he allowed me to take my bags there, freshen up after a long flight and gave recommendations for breakfast. the girls on reception upgraded my room too. how amazing?

i noticed some minor issues, such as not enough glasses in the room. i also did not find tea towels.

I appreciated the location. It was very central (near many shops and restaurants). The beds were also quite comfortable. The room included all the necessities.
The carpet was badly stained. The sink drain backed up (it took a while to drain). I also found bugs in the shower and kitchen areas.
