The location was convenient with many restaurants nearby.

My room faced a dirty wall. I was disappointed. I think the description of the views was misleading, it wasn't a city view. At all.

The hotel had convenient access to transportation. The room included modern amenities and it was design well. Everything was clean and worked well. I felt the hotel had a really good vibe. I felt welcomed immediately.

There was not adequate replacement of coffee and sugar .

the room included a comfortable bed and the space allowed for relaxation. i found the bathroom was very nice. pictures available online accurately represented the rooms (which is important to me). i found the location very convenient for different tours.

I had to pay some days before my arrival. It was not a big issue but i was not used to it.

the location is near public transport (i walked everywhere, though). self-service laundry and a supermarket are just a short walk from the hotel. these amenities enhanced my stay and offered convenient solutions for everyday needs.

the reception staff was most helpful . their assistance with directions and recommendations significantly contributed to a smooth experience. i found their friendly and efficient service particularly valuable (they always smiled!).

the hotel provides easy access to britomart. the hotel also offers proximity to shopping areas (ideal for souvenir hunting). being near great restaurants and bars definitely added to the appeal for dining and entertainment options.
