The hotel had convenient access to transportation. The room included modern amenities and it was design well. Everything was clean and worked well. I felt the hotel had a really good vibe. I felt welcomed immediately.

There was not adequate replacement of coffee and sugar .

the room included a comfortable bed and the space allowed for relaxation. i found the bathroom was very nice. pictures available online accurately represented the rooms (which is important to me). i found the location very convenient for different tours.

I had to pay some days before my arrival. It was not a big issue but i was not used to it.

the location is near public transport (i walked everywhere, though). self-service laundry and a supermarket are just a short walk from the hotel. these amenities enhanced my stay and offered convenient solutions for everyday needs.

the reception staff was most helpful . their assistance with directions and recommendations significantly contributed to a smooth experience. i found their friendly and efficient service particularly valuable (they always smiled!).
