The gym was a perk after a long flight (though not extensively used).

I encountered issues with dining options. I arrived late after a cancelled flight and was told room service was 24/7, this was untrue. Staff offered Uber eats instead.

i was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. this resulted in a two-hour wait before we got a table. staff did not acknowledge their mistake. i expected better service at a hotel of this standard.
