the food at dinner was presented artistically. it also tasted wonderful. the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which i found very cheerful. i would definitely stay here again when traveling.

i noticed the absence of a sink in the toilet. this setup seemed a bit unusual.

The gym was a perk after a long flight (though not extensively used).

I encountered issues with dining options. I arrived late after a cancelled flight and was told room service was 24/7, this was untrue. Staff offered Uber eats instead.

i was disappointed with some aspects of my stay. this resulted in a two-hour wait before we got a table. staff did not acknowledge their mistake. i expected better service at a hotel of this standard.
