I found the temperature controls ineffectual. The room remained uncomfortably cold after a rain. furthermore, a request for milk as per the provided instructions went unfulfilled.. this oversight is unacceptable. the limited room service menu lacked options suitable for children.

the restaurant service was AMAZING!!! the staff was friendly and efficient. the concierge provided very helpful assistance. the yellow bus service to the airport was prompt and efficient. i found the convenient bus service to be valuable.

i noticed the gym was hard to locate initially.

the breakfast had a tasty selection and availability. the location was perfect for my travel. my room had an excellent shower and facilities.

the barman sniggered at my free drink voucher. dinner was bland and the service was perfunctory. i could not find the gym in the hotel directory. i walked around the hotel looking for it but could not find it.
