JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel has 222 rooms. Family Suites include a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, separate lounge/dining area, and kitchenette, and can interconnect with twin rooms that feature two double beds. Amenities include toys, Nickelodeon Junior, and towels. Baby baths are available, and baby cots are supplied upon request at no extra cost. Superior King Rooms include a king bed. Superior Twin Rooms feature artwork by a local artist. Deluxe King Rooms have a king bed, while Deluxe Twin Rooms contain two queen beds. Deluxe Queen Rooms feature a queen bed and a single bed. Executive King rooms, located on the 4th floor, include top-of-the-line bedding. Executive Suites offer a spa bath, private lounge and dining area, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom. Apartments have a full kitchen and can interconnect with a Superior Twin Room. Standard amenities in all rooms: LCD TV (43" or 49"), Wi-Fi, air conditioning, office desk and chair, hair dryer, iron and ironing board (on request), coffee machine, tea and coffee making facilities, mini refrigerator, walk-in shower, and bathroom amenities. Dining at JetPark
JetPark Hotel features an award-winning restaurant and lounge bar where guests can order cuisine and New Zealand wines, some made with local produce. The Haast Restaurant hosts a buffet dinner at 7 PM, followed by a Māori Culture Show at 8 PM. The hotel chefs prepare dishes using seasonal produce. For breakfast, kids under 5 eat free at the Flying Fish Restaurant, which also offers an all-day kids' menu with activities.

The hotel has a gym open from 6 AM to 10 PM. There is an indoor kid's play area. JetPark Auckland Airport Hotel is located in Māngere, one of Auckland's largest suburbs, with Māori history. Auckland Airport is a 5-minute shuttle ride away. The hotel offers a non-stop, free, direct shuttle service to Auckland Airport every half hour from 4:00 to 21:30. Four EV charging stations are available. Car rentals are available onsite through Drive NZ Rental Cars. Ambury Regional Park is a 10-minute drive or 1 hour and 20-minute walk.
