the reception staff were very helpful when i needed to hire towels and swimwear. there are four pools, each with a distinct temperature (the hottest reaching 40 degrees or more). i observed that the grounds are beautifully landscaped. i found the restaurant offered great food and service, so i enjoyed dining there.

an ok stay, could be better

the heated pool was great after exploring. it stays open until 11pm so i could still swim even after arriving late. the receptionist gave some good tips about local spots.
The carpets looked old and kinda dirty. the floorboards need some work too. I could hear creaks. the restaurant food wasn't that good for the price.

my room didn't have a microwave. the kitchen fetachini recipe tasted terrible. the cleaners made lots of noise at 7:30 am so i couldn't sleep very well.

the heated pools were a definite highlight. i found the beds comfortable and the wardrobe space good. i appreciated the friendly staff, they were helpful throughout my stay.
the squeaky floorboards were noticeable in the hallways!

empty showergel
The showergel in the bathroom was empty , and i had to ask twice for a refill. next morning , the room wasn't fully serviced. Only towels were replaced. dirty cups and glasses were left behind , and the bed remained unmade.
