valet unavailability limited menu

I encountered a couple of notable issues. The promised valet parking was fully booked upon my arrival. Securing a parking spot became a considerable inconvenience. The room service menu was surprisingly limited. Options were scant, made dining in less appealing.

unhelpful porters phone issues

the room was clean it was quiet during the evening

the porters did not help us with our bags when we checked in we had booked an executive king room online when we arrived at the hotel they assigned us to a room with 2 beds i tried to call from the room phone to sort it out but no one picked up this was frustrating

The room had usb ports that were very convenient. The restaurant had a great selection of meals. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. I found the car parking free which was a definite bonus.
