solid stay
breakfast buffet gold discount heated pool evening meal
i found the breakfast buffet excellent, surpassing those i've experienced in the us. the hilton gold discount in the restaurant added value. the heated pool was nice... it provided a refreshing option for relaxation. i appreciated the convenience of dining at bistro lago for an evening meal.
the light from the hallway shone under the door in the morning, just a minor inconvenience.

well kept pool area amazing staff
the pool area had a good maintenance standard, and i found it enjoyable. breakfast was plentiful and offered good value. every staff member i encountered was amazing

unexpected charge incorrect charge
breakfast was generous, and i did enjoy that the room stayed a comfortable temperature.
the charge on my card i didn't expect was a pain. i had to follow up, and it caused more stress than i wanted during a holiday. it.
