I found the duchess suite spacious. It suited my needs for a longer stay. i also appreciated the cute fireplaces in the lounge. They created a relaxing atmosphere before and after dinner. the cleaning staff were friendly. They maintained the room to a high standard. the hot pools provided a tranquil escape after a day exploring.
I noticed some outdated bathroom facilities. They could use an update to match the suite's overall grandeur.

The location was central. I could easily walk to attractions and the gardens. My One-Bedroom Suite had space, it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The unique furnishings.
I think, I didn't like that there was no way to heat food in the room. Also plates, forks and knives were missing. It was difficult to eat.

The hotel features outdoor thermally heated spa pools. These pools are very relaxing after a day exploring the area. The lounge includes fireplaces, it created a great spot to unwind before or after dinner.

The location was definitely great. I enjoyed walking to the lake. The proximity to the Government Gardens and Buildings is a bonus. A walk across the road. Ample parking was available on the side.
The room's air conditioner unit had a horrible stain dripping down the wall. Draws in the bathroom looked old and worn out. The breakfast cost $30 each and it was cold.
