harbour view fluffy towels warm staff
My beautiful king room harbour view offered fantastic views. the air conditioning worked wonderfully. fluffy towels added to the comfort. the bed offered sublime rest. It felt restful. the door staff greeted us with such warmth and care.
The bathroom sink was a slight issue. It seemed a bit pushed in.

the hotel sits near the ferry port, a bonus for travellers. several attractions are within walking distance. it also allows for exploration without needing a car, and everything is within a comfortable walk.

i received a friendly greeting during check-in. staff willingly gave directions to local spots and also provided a helpful map. the attentiveness i encountered enhanced my experience.

Fantastic location and great service
attentive staff accessible restaurants comfortable rooms
The staff did everything possible to. I found many things to do and restaurants in the area (a real plus). I particularly enjoyed the Friday night champagne and opera in the lobby. It was a nice touch. I also appreciated the comfortable rooms.
I found that the room was super expensive considering what it actually was. A breakfast package didn't include barista coffee. It reminded me of they were being a bit cheap (not a good feeling).

The hotel has a convenient position near the ferry terminal. Many attractions are within walking distance. The sky tower is also easily reachable from the accommodation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. I got prompt assistance with luggage.

the location near the ferry was perfect. my room was a beautiful king room harbour view. the breakfast buffet had many options, so the food was AMAZING!!!
