romantic views along the Nile
balcony view friendly service prime location
The balcony view offers fine views of the Nile and city. Breakfast in the prime location on the Nile was AMAZING!!! Staff are always willing to help, showing friendly service.

wide variety friendly staff
i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of options i found the staff quite friendly from arrival to departure their happiness at work seemed genuine too
the bathrooms felt a little outdated for the price i expected super clean conditions without any mold

The breakfast selection met my expectations. There was a large variety.
The furniture seemed old. the carpet had some stains, disappointing. also. The gym was not well-equipped. It only had a few machines.

The location was acceptable. The nile view from the room was really nice.
The reception staff was unhelpful. every time i had a request, they told me to go back to my room and call. it seemed like they tried to avoid responsibility. The wallpaper was old and clearly in need of replacement.
