excellent servicelong wait
i liked how helpfull Mohamad Kamal WAS. he was attentive. breakfast in the business lounge was good because of his excellent service.
the reception STAFF seemed unfriendly. ms mariam with blonde hair in red uniform was inpatient. she made us wait over two hours for check in. other guests was checked in before us.

i enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of options i found the staff quite friendly from arrival to departure their happiness at work seemed genuine too
the bathrooms felt a little outdated for the price i expected super clean conditions without any mold

The furniture seemed old. the carpet had some stains, disappointing. also. The gym was not well-equipped. It only had a few machines.

The location was acceptable. The nile view from the room was really nice.
The reception staff was unhelpful. every time i had a request, they told me to go back to my room and call. it seemed like they tried to avoid responsibility. The wallpaper was old and clearly in need of replacement.
