Excellent service, prime location

My room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I was allocated a room with a view AT the nile. The hotel staff offered special attention and gave a warm welcome. The luggage staff are very helpful, always providing efficient service.
The furniture is somewhat old. The bathroom fixtures show their age.

The staff was very attentive, responding quickly to requests. The service in the club lounge was also excellent. Doaa, Tamer, Tarek, Abdullah, and Reda provided courteous service. Nothing was too much for them.
