i found the room to be clean it was room 1009 bisa from housekeeping kept it tidy i appreciated salah nasr's efforts in maintaining my stay the location is convenient near the airport. the hotel has multiple dining options i found that worthwhile. the staff was friendly and helpful .
the room seemed a bit dated it could benefit from some updates and maintenance the furniture looked a bit old and showed some wear and tear.

the staff were helpful. there was a free drop-off minibus service to the airport. the italian restaurant had tasty food and live music, which i liked a lot.
the hotel didn't resupply room amenities during cleaning though, not ideal.

the staff girls at the reception were so kind. marlyn was amazing and treated me well. i am happy to see good and kind people there. i will come back again because of the way she treat me.
the room was smelling sewers on my last day. it was ok since i was leaving anyway. updates are needed on the room furniture, as they looked old and some were broken.
