i faced a significant issue. loud music played all night, ending only when i checked out at 3:00 am. it sounded like a drum solo, windows vibrated. i found it impossible to sleep or relax.

I found ramy in the breakfast restaurant super attentive. he looked after my regular morning needs like coffee and some freshly baked goods. he introduced me to some local sweat baked goods too. Delicious. daily room make-up and turn-down service was very welcome.

the fairmont gold experience did not meet my expectations. i found reservations rude and it felt as though i was begging to check in early. staff seemed bothered every day.

i found excellent service throughout the hotel i loved the room decorations when i checked in for my anniversary the staff made my celebration so special the hotel facilities felt perfect i had a great time at the sky pool i thought the room was spacious and clean it was an amazing stay for me

i noticed the hotel has car inspectors plus metal detectors upon entry it felt a little jarring at first nonetheless i soon realised these precautions are there for my safety so i appreciated it
