I appreciated the attentive, around-the-clock service from the staff. the food was delicious, with amazing coffee and desserts. i found the sea and pool view from the room Amazing. It exceeded my expectations. I was really charmed by the experience.

The room did not seem to match the photos online. It was a little dated.

The location was decent. It was close to the bridge.

The bathroom was a real problem because of the old shower curtains. i'm not an inspector, but these towels were terrible. Definitely not what i expected.

The staff demonstrated Really good helpfulness and politeness throughout my stay. Ahmed bassiouny and mohamed ismail especially were always smiling. i found the breakfast options quite good. There were many choices available. the family room upgrade was welcome. It.

the gym EQUIPMENT is a bit outdated.

WOW what A stay!

great job upgraded room

the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially mohammad hosny and mohammad salah. they did a REALLY great job with room service and made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed. i REALLY appreciate the UPGRADED room to a sea view WITH an extra bed at no charge. i would like to share that the experience was AMAZING.

the parking fee was unexpected, I think it's my first time getting charged for parking in a hotel where I paid and stayed for nights. i was SO pissed off.

The staff was friendly! the breakfast buffet was tasty and had a lot of varieties!!! i loved the easy and quick check-in. I arrived earlier, but a room was available, so i checked in early.

i asked for a room change for three days to a side sea view instead of a pool and sea view. also, cleaning wasn't great.

The family room sea front was well-kept. the staff, were attentive. i extend my gratitude to mr saad and mr mustafa from room service. They were very helpful. the reception staff offered good service and addressed all requests promptly.
