friendly staff delicious options easy location leaking fridge yellow spots slow service
the staff was very friendly and helpful. breakfast offered many delicious options. the location made exploring easy.
the mini fridge was leaking a lot of water. i called the front desk, but no one came to fix it. some towels had yellow spots.

helpful staff amazing breakfast clean room amazing view
Every staff member greeted me warmly. The breakfast included many choices and tasted delicious. My room was super clean and featured a amazing sea view. I could spend hours just looking out! I'll definitely return. It reminded me of a real vacation.
The elevator music was repetitive.

Excellent stay!
helpful staff great location
I only stayed for a short period, yet the experience left a good impression. The staff were very helpful in addressing any issues that arose. I particularly appreciated the hotel's locationwith easy access to various points of interest.
The parking fee was unexpected. This lack of transparency was inconvenient and should be communicated clearly to guests beforehand. I wish the parking fee was clearer.

professional staff great varieties spacious room
The staff were friendly and professional. They helped with check-in. the breakfast was great with many varieties (especially the Egyptian specialties). the room was clean and spacious. It had everything i needed. i found the room service prompt and efficient.
some minor wear and tear was visible on the furniture in the room, though it did not impact my stay.

great food kind staff old furniture balcony door
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The food quality was great, and the cleaning service met my expectations.
The furniture in the room looked quite old. The balcony door did NOT block any outside noise. It was like I was sleeping right on the street.

clean room professional staff amazing view friendly reception
the room was very clean and perfect hsk staff is professional they paid great attention to detail the view from the room was amazing i really enjoyed the food and its variety the staff was friendly and helpful especially alaa sanhoury at reception she was very professional
the pool and sundeck were unexpectedly closed this impacted our relaxation plans the closure made it difficult to fully enjoy some hotel amenities we anticipated
