Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Need Attention.

The modern room furniture was new.

The staff requires more training. I noticed that they rarely spoke English. The front desk was unresponsive to complaints. A whole day passed before they relocated us, and luggage took three hours to arrive in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I could find something new each morning. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and well kept. I enjoyed the variety of depths and layouts. The gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and weight machines.

The beach had some rocky areas making swimming difficult at certain tides.
