Acceptable Stay. Some Issues Need Attention.

unresponsive front desk slow luggage delivery

The modern room furniture was new.

The staff requires more training. I noticed that they rarely spoke English. The front desk was unresponsive to complaints. A whole day passed before they relocated us, and luggage took three hours to arrive in the room.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I could find something new each morning. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and well kept. I enjoyed the variety of depths and layouts. The gym has modern equipment, including treadmills and weight machines.

The beach had some rocky areas making swimming difficult at certain tides.

The hotel had direct access to a private beach area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The hotel is near a shopping mall, easy to buy supplies. The proximity to the airport made arrival and departure very convenient.

The One-Bedroom Suite included a separate living area with a sofa and television. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and toiletries. A balcony offered views of the pool area and surrounding landscape. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
