some issues
slow elevator loud music
The elevator felt slow. I waited a long time each time i used it. also, the promised welcome drink never arrived. i had requested it upon arrival, but it just wasn't delivered. these details impacted my experience and were quite disappointing. the rooftop bar also had loud music late into the night. It was hard to sleep.

The direct sea view from the golden superior room offered amazing scenery. The sky roof restaurant provided a magnificent view for breakfast. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially their quick responses to requests.

historic elegance excellent location really good professionalism smooth operations
the hotel presented itself as historic and elegant. its location proved excellent. christina at reception displayed really good professionalism. mr said, the gm, was often visible, ensuring smooth operations.
i noticed some wear on the window fittings, which could use some attention.

convenient location rooftop restaurant weak air conditioning unpleasant wait
The hotel's location was convenient. The rooftop restaurant offered superb views of the harbor and corniche (I spent a lot of time there!).
The air conditioning in the room was weak. It took a long time to cool the space. I noticed the elevators lacked air conditioning too, and , made the wait quite unpleasant.
