helpful staff great food friendly staff hard mattress noisy room double glass
The location is really good. It is located in the heart of the action. i stepped out and was surrounded by famous places to visit. the staff were friendly and helpful. the food quality was great.
the bed mattress was not comfortable as it is very hard. the lower level rooms are very noisy as it is directly by the street. the windows should be double glass to stop the street noise.

mixed feelings about the stay
street noise bathroom odor
I wasn't entirely happy with the noise levels. the windows didn't block out the street noise very well. It made it hard to sleep. also, the bathroom had a strange odor i couldn't get rid of it, so i had to keep the door closed the whole time. apply, twice.

historical charm and sea views abound!
great location sea view active square
the hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the train station and the library. i loved the sea views and the lively square right by the hotel. i spent hours on the balcony watching the activity, it was so romantic.
The room i was given initially had a noticeable smell of smoke. I even needed to wash my clothes after my stay. it really bothered me.

damp room stained bathtub
the room smelled strongly of dampness. i think they tried to mask it with air freshener but it did not help. also, the bathtub had some stains and did not look clean, and i think that is a problem.
